EAA’s next generation of Girsan Regard pistols include the Regard Gen 4. The 9mm features a competition-style slide and barrel with deep slide serrations fore and aft and an accessory rail in front of the triggerguard. The single/double action, slim competition trigger has a nice pull with a clean break and fast reset, G10 grips in blue or black have grooved finger slots to enhance control. A window in the grips offers a visual to the magazine’s count. The sight system has a front dot dovetail sight and adjustable low profile two-dot rear sight. The Regard Gen 4 includes a rebounding decocker system, large slide release, oversized magazine release, thumb rest take down leaver and competition hammer.

The PC Charger from Ruger is a 9mm pistol based on the popular PC Carbine Chassis model. The models maintain many features of the original, including an easily interchangeable magazine well system that accepts Ruger Security-9, SR9 and GLOCK double-stack magazines; a dead blow action with a custom tungsten weight for shortened bolt travel and reduced felt recoil and muzzle rise; a reversible magazine release and charging handle; a simple takedown mechanism for quick separation of the barrel/forend assembly from the action; a durable heat-treated, chrome-moly steel bolt; a cold hammer-forged chrome-moly steel barrel with ultra-precise rifling; and a 1/2” x 28 threaded barrel. ARS Stage 1 Sport Holsters from Hogue feature the Sport ARS (Automatic Retention System) which has been modified to accommodate two different locking modes. The closed mode utilizes the standard ARS thumb release method for added security, and the open mode eliminates the thumb release activation, allowing the holster to engage with the firearm through a friction hold.
