Springfield Armory Launches 10-8 Performance Master Class 1911
Springfield Armory has announced the release of the 10-8 Performance Master Class 1911, a premium pistol developed in collaboration with retired FBI Special Agent and 10-8 Performance founder, Hilton Yam. Available in both 9mm and .45 ACP, this Lipsey’s distributor exclusive is designed to meet professional duty-grade standards.
Key Build & Performance Features
Precision Construction: Features hand-selected forged carbon steel frames and slides with 5” forged stainless steel bull barrels, all precisely fit and blended.
10-8 Custom Components: Outfitted with specialized 10-8 Performance parts, including a flat trigger, extended magazine catch, specialized slide stop, and VZ-made G-10 grips.
Enhanced Ergonomics: Includes a unique squared trigger guard, aggressive 20 LPI frontstrap checkering, and a two-piece extended magwell for faster reloads.
Optics & Customization
The pistols utilize the Agency Optic System (AOS), developed with Agency Arms. This system allows for:
