Streamlight Inc. Advances Staff
Streamlight Inc. announced three key sales and marketing appointments.
As VP of distribution and business development, Dawn Dalldorf-Jackson is responsible for overall channel management and strategy development across all divisions. She joined Streamlight in 2001, and held several positions in the industrial sales division before being appointed its director in 2007.
VP of Sales Allen Lance is responsible for developing the company’s global sales plan, managing all sales department personnel and budgets and developing and implementing field sales plans and business development priorities across divisions and within potential new markets. Lance joined Streamlight in 2001, and was appointed director of the Fire/Rescue Sales Division. In 2012, he was appointed director of international business development.
As director of marketing, Tami Klem-Marquardt directs the company’s marketing function. She joined Streamlight in 1995 as a marketing communications assistant and has since held a variety of marketing and sales roles. Most recently, she served as marketing manager.
Iron Valley Supply Co. Taps Specialist
Iron Valley Supply Co. welcomed Crystal Castaneda to serve as customer care specialist.
She joined the company after pursuing an education at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Castaneda is based out of Iron Valley’s corporate headquarters in Birmingham, Ala.
CSSI Announces Leadership Transition
Ron Staffieri, CEO of Chattanooga Shooting Supplies Inc. (CSSI), will retire on Dec. 31, 2022. As part of a succession plan, Bill Sumner has been appointed president and recently assumed leadership responsibility for CSSI’s daily operations. At year’s end, Sumner will be responsible for leading all aspects of the business and will report directly to the board of directors.
Staffieri joined the newly formed board of family owned CSSI in January 2016 and was asked to be CEO in December 2016.
“I have enjoyed my six years at CSSI and the relationships developed in the company and industry. We have increased our market share and our national penetration, as well as expanding our customer base due to the hard work of our team and the strength of our vendor partnerships,” Staffieri shared.
Sumner’s industry career spans 25 years; for the past nine, he served as CSSI’s VP of wholesale.
Rinehart Targets Promotes President
Rinehart Targets announced the promotion of VP Tanja Washburn to the position of president.
“This promotion is well deserved. With [Washburn’s] hard work and vision for success at the helm, we are confident she will lead us to even greater levels of future accomplishments,” said James McGovern, owner of Rinehart Targets.
Prior to joining Rinehart in 2015, Washburn held several roles in the archery and outdoor industry, including director of marketing for New Archery Products. She also worked for the Arizona Game & Fish Department as an archery educator.
Sellmark Corporation Appoints President
Darrell Mitchell was named the president of Sellmark Corp.
James Sellers, CEO of Sellmark, said, “Darrell brings a wealth of operations, system management and leadership experience. We are excited to have Darrell step into this role during such an integral time of growth and development.”
Mitchell joined Sellmark in April 2021 as VP of operations with more than 20 years of experience. Prior to joining Sellmark, he was the VP of operations for Steeltex Fabrications. He also served 21 years in the Army National Guard Corps of Engineers. Mitchell earned his B.S. in industrial technology from Mississippi State University and MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas.
V20 Recruiting + Consulting Acquires Exec. Recruiter
V20 Recruiting + Consulting welcomed Greg Rhinehart as the executive recruiter for the recently added Professional & Recreational Firearms division. Rhinehart will lead this division, overseeing all daily activities and recruitment goals.
Doug Sexton, V20 Recruiting + Consulting president stated, “The only way for us to successfully service the firearms industry is to bring in talent like Greg to drive the business and support our new clients.”
Rhinehart’s professional experience includes decades working in the healthcare industry building best-in-class sales organizations.
Pnuma Outdoors Hires GM, Selects Director
Caza Outdoors, LLC (DBA Pnuma Outdoors) welcomed Phil Dalrymple as GM and promoted Rusty Smith to director of sales for Pnuma Outdoors and Heated Core.
Dalrymple is responsible for the executive management and guidance of brand strategies. He will be instrumental in supporting the growth Pnuma and Heated Core are experiencing across the outdoor-apparel space.
Most recently, Dalrymple served as senior customer development manager for Link Snacks Inc. He also spent time with Marolina, Bass Pro Shops/ Cabela’s and Scheels.
Smith has worked for industry retailers and brands for 10 years. Most recently, he was the chief programs officer for the Pnuma and Heated Core brands.
GOULD & Goodrich Adds Manager
Merle Davis joined Gould & Goodrich as the business development manager. He is overseeing the development strategy for the company’s new TELR line of duty holsters.
Davis Merle earned a B.S. in law enforcement administration from Western Illinois University and a master of education in human relations from Northern Arizona University.
