GunBroker.com Reaches One Billion Item Milestone
GunBroker.com, the online marketplace serving the firearms, shooting sports and outdoor industries, celebrated the 1 billionth item to be listed on the site. This milestone listing hits as Gunbroker.com prepares to celebrate its 25th anniversary in 2024.
The item, a green Bee Stinger Microhex bow stabilizer, was posted by the seller 2A Surplus, out of Terre Haute, Indi. Seeing an archery part as the 1 billionth item wasn’t surprising to the GunBroker.com team.
“We always say we serve all outdoor enthusiasts, not just the firearms community,” said Allen Forkner, VP of public relations and brand management. “To be honest, the milestone listing could’ve been a rifle, bow, reloading press, knife or even a fishing reel and it wouldn’t have been a surprise.”
The seller, 2A Surplus, is a verified Gold member seller and is just one of the tens of thousands of sellers from across the country with products available on GunBroker.com.

Federal Ammunition Helps NWTF Celebrate 50 Years
Federal Ammunition joined the National Wild Turkey Federation (NWTF) for a celebration of the NWTF’s 50th anniversary and the restoration of the wild turkeys in Minnesota. The event was held July 22, 2023, in Caledonia, Minn., where wild turkeys were first reintroduced in the state in the early 1970s.
Jon Zinnel, Federal’s senior manager of education and conservation programs said, “Over the past 50 years, the NWTF in Minnesota collaborated on relocating wild turkeys, as well as creating wild turkey habitat, across the entire state. The result is an abundance of wild turkeys currently thriving in Minnesota. The opportunity to hunt wild turkeys during the allowed seasons has been incredible. We are thankful and appreciative for all the NWTF’s efforts.”
“We were excited to gather all of our partners, volunteers and major donors from across the state to celebrate one of America’s greatest wildlife conservation success stories, both across the nation and here in Minnesota,” said Tom Glines, NWTF’s director of development.
Zinnel continued, “The royalty program we have set with NWTF is on our full suite of turkey products which contributes to NWTF’s annual funding: Everything from Federal Premium Heavyweight TSS down to our copper-plated lead loads in our Grand Slam lineup is part of this program. Hunters can easily support NWTF by simply buying our turkey loads every season.”
