CMC Barrels
CMC Barrels has released a line of AR Barrels. The first profiles available will be based on the SOCOM variant. The button-rifled barrels are made from 4150 chrome moly vanadium, coated in H&M Blacknitride+ for increased wear resistance and chambered in .223 Wylde so it can be fed both .223 and 5.56 NATO ammo. CMC’s AR-15 Barrels provide a choice of gas system lengths along with M4 feed ramps for reliability; a 1:7” twist rate; 1/2”x28 thread pattern to fit standard AR-15 muzzle devices; 11-degree match crown for increased accuracy; and a bottom dimple for easy installation and alignment of gas blocks. Barrels are currently available in 7.5”, 10.5” and 16.25” lengths.

CenterPoint Archery
CenterPoint Archery’s new and improved CP400 arrives with a silent cranking device, is 6” axle to axle when fully cocked and measures anywhere from 31.5” to 34” long with the adjustable stock. Shooting at 400 fps with a 400-grain arrow, the CP400 weighs a mere 7 lbs., and has 142 ft lbs of kinetic energy. The bow also carries a CNC- machined cam system, aluminum rails and an anti-dry-fire/auto-safety. Out of the box it includes CP400 select arrows, CP400 silent cranking device, folding stirrup, quiver and quiver bracket and rail lube. A lineup of accessories specific to the crossbow are available, including the new silent cranking device for the previous CP400 model, new CP400 select arrows with lighted nocks (three pack), a narrow soft case and CP400 select arrows (six pack).

XS Sights now offers its popular DXT2 Big Dot Night Sights for the Smith & Wesson M&P 9 Shield EZ and the HK P7 M8, P7 M13 and P7 PSP pistols. These second-generation Big Dot Night Sights are available in Optic Yellow and Optic Orange. The sights drive focus to the front sight and downrange threat using a large, high-contrast front and a V-notch rear sight for an unobstructed view of the front sight. Big Dot fronts use a patent-pending colored Ember glow dot that absorbs light, causing the sight to glow before it’s dark enough to see the tritium center. The V-notch rear sight features a vertical white stripe with a tritium vial at the center, creating a dot-the-“i” sight picture for fast and accurate target acquisition in high-stress situations.

Nighthawk Custom
Nighthawk Custom’s Tactical Ready Series (TRS) answers the demand for high-capacity 9mm pistols: The TRS Commander and TRS Comp (pictured) are each built on a double-stack frame. The TRS Commander is Commander sized and features a match-grade 4.25” barrel and monolithic slide. The TRS Comp features a 5” barrel and the same integrated compensator made popular by the Fire Hawk in addition to a monolithic slide. Each model has a full-length dust cover to help reduce muzzle flip when firing and a Heinie Ledge Black rear sight with serrations on the back to reduce glare. The TRS Commander has a tritium front sight; the TRS Comp has an 18K gold bead front sight. Axeon Optics’ NightVue binocular-mounted green laser illuminator transforms the standard binocular from a daylight-only tool into an optic that can be used around the clock. The NightVue mounts to most porro and roof prism binoculars and beams a 520nm green laser out to distances up to 250 meters. The green color of the NightVue emitter cuts through haze and fog while also having a low effect on personal nighttime vision and it doesn’t disturb any animals in its path. Once mounted onto the binoculars, the beam-adjustment wheel adjusts the angle of the light output to closely match the magnification range of the binoculars and distance of the subject from the user.
