Federal Will Release More Than 20 New Centerfire Rifle Ammo Options in 2026
Federal Ammunition announced several new centerfire rifle ammunition options for 2026. A new product line, Federal Subsonic, will be introduced, along with many new additions to existing product lines, including Terminal Ascent, Berger Elite Hunter, Fusion Tipped, and several more.
The Federal Subsonic new product line comprises four cartridge options designed for peak noise reduction and effective low-velocity expansion through suppressors.
Federal Premium Terminal Ascent bonded construction bullets feature high ballistic coefficients and nickel plating, plus the patented Slipstream® polymer tip initiates expansion.
The Berger Elite Hunter thin-jacketed hunting bullet touts a high ballistic coefficient and is loaded with Premium components to incredibly tight tolerances. The loads produce lethal accuracy at extended distances.
The 6mm ARC (Advanced Rifle Cartridge) is designed for the AR-15 platform, offering low recoil and high accuracy for long-range shooting.
In collaboration with Henry Repeating Arms, Federal’s Golden Boy Collector’s Edition is rifle loads packed in commemorative, collectible packaging. It pairs with Henry’s 250th anniversary U.S.A. edition of its iconic Golden Boy lever-action centerfire rifle.
