Silencer Central Celebrates Grand Opening Of New Headquarters

Silencer Central announced the grand opening of its new facilities on June 28. Throughout the event, invited guests were able to tour the new space and celebrate the growth of Silencer Central and the business it brings to South Dakota and across the nation.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony took place at 5:30 p.m., followed by a sold-out concert by Silencer Central ambassador and country music artist Tyler Farr.

NSSF Partners With Gearfire In Support Of Project ChildSafe

NSSF and Gearfire are pleased to announce a new partnership supporting Project ChildSafe and gun safety. Gearfire gives the industry the opportunity to support NSSF’s Project ChildSafe gun safety education program by offering retailers and ranges the ability to activate a round-up or donation option for their customers to use at checkout.

In a new video, Joe Bartozzi, NSSF president and CEO and chairman of the Project ChildSafe Foundation, and Eric Wille, Gearfire’s director of retail product management, announce the partnership. In the video, Wille illustrates how Gearfire’s clients can activate the Project ChildSafe donation option.

Gearfire provides a suite of technology solutions tailored to the firearm and outdoor sports industries which include e-commerce, point-of-sale, payment processing and consumer financing, as well as retail business intelligence. Gearfire is a preferred point-of-sale provider to NSSF’s Five-Star Ranges.

Gearfire said it is excited about giving its clients the opportunity to allow customers to support Project ChildSafe’s gun safety program. The software comes preloaded with all the information, and all the client needs to do is activate it.

Henry Kicks Off Million Dollar Pledge With Donation to Tunnel to Towers Foundation

In celebration of Henry Repeating Arms’ 25th anniversary, CEO and founder Anthony Imperato recently presented a $50,000 check to Tunnel to Towers Foundation Chairman and CEO Frank Siller. It is the first donation of a $1,000,000 Silver Anniversary pledge to various charities through the company’s Guns For Great Causes program.

Colt’s Manufacturing Company Continues Support Of Folds Of Honor

Colt’s Manufacturing Company is proud to continue its support of its Veteran Charity Partner, Folds of Honor. Since June 2015, Colt’s Manufacturing has been donating a portion of its proceeds from commercial and rifle sales to this organization.

Folds of Honor provides annual educational scholarships to military families of those service members killed or disabled while in active duty.
