Notice is hereby given that a public sale of certain intellectual property, including but not limited to general intangibles, inventory and raw materials, will be held on December 10, 2020 at 10:00 a.m., Central Standard Time by virtual auction on account of default by QMaxx Products Group, Inc. of its obligations under that certain Third Amended and Restated Secured Convertible Promissory Note dated July 22, 2019 payable to Lenders. Lenders reserve the right to credit bid and to withdraw any items from the foreclosure sale. Terms of sale are cash or certified funds, U.S.D., unless alternative arrangements have been approved by Lenders in advance of the sale day. 3. International Application No. PCT/US2018/065420 for Cleaning Compositions Comprising Furoate Esters and Methods Therefor, supported by priority data from Patent Application No. 62/607,492 and Patent Application No. 62/598,255;
4. All interests of any kind arising from and related to MIL-PRF-32033, general purpose lubricating oil;
5. All interests of any kind arising from and related to the Type A MIL-PRF-63460F Cleaner, Lubricant and Preservative for Weapons and Weapon Systems;
6. All interests of any kind arising from and related to the Type B MIL-PRF-63460F Cleaner, Lubricant and Preservative for Weapons and Weapon Systems;
7. US Patent No. 9,453,178, Application No. 14/253,328 for Corrosion-inhibiting Lubricant and Methods Therefor;
8. CA Patent No. 2,843,340, Application No. 2,843,340 for Corrosion-inhibiting Lubricant and Methods Therefor;
9. MX Patent No. 347071, Application No. MX/A/2014/001077 for Corrosion-inhibiting Lubricant and Methods Therefor;
10. Inventory and raw materials purchased to produce certain cleaning, lubricating and preserving formulations.
