Federal Premium 365 Update

Here, Federal Premium staff members are in the process of assembling Premium 365 welcome kits for new dealers.

Announced in January, Federal Premium’s Premium 365 ammunition dealer program has made an impact among dealers — more than 500 dealers signed up at various levels.

“With the need for a more focused approach to promoting and educating consumers we needed a best-in-class program for our independent dealers,” said Bart Biedinger, Premium 365 senior manager. “The insights, relationships and expertise from these dealers are our lifeline. Premium 365 brings a new level of support to the dealers to help them succeed.”

Program highlights from 2018 include: training retail associates through the BrandLive platform, offering exclusive buying opportunities and furnishing a welcome kit — which includes a welcome letter, co-op benefits, training resources, best social media practices, a national consumer promotions calendar and Vista Outdoor’s conservation program. Members are listed prominently on Federal’s Dealer Locator and receive exclusive new product launch kits to complement the debut of new SKUs.

For 2019, the company plans to enhance its level of support to focus on training, promotions and in-store branding. Further, Federal works with SproutLoud to deliver targeted co-op programs. Federal aims to reach the 700-dealer mark in the next two years.

Unique-ARs Unveils Dealer Program

Unique-ARs has introduced three initiatives to help storefront dealers maximize their revenue and increase brand’s awareness: a dealer program, custom orders and private-label handguards.

Unique-ARs’ stocking dealer program includes access to 35 stock handguards, heat shields, short shields and more. Dealer benefits include low minimum purchase requirements (5 handguards is the minimum order), ease of online ordering, additional discounts for larger orders and cross-promotion through web-specific programs and social media engagement.

The custom order program facilitates a customer’s ability to completely customize their MSR. Under this program, Unique-ARs can either work with the builder or directly with the customer.

Finally, the private label program enables dealers to stock their own line of handguards. A design professional will work with dealers to integrate their store’s logo and branding into a forend, manufacturing as few as 10 or up to 1,000 per month.

ERGO Grips Releases Updated Dealer Portal

New improvements have been added to ERGO’s Dealer Portal to make buying online faster and easier for U.S.-based dealers. The entirety of the company’s catalog is available on the portal, along with pricing information (dealer pricing, MAP, MSRP) and detailed descriptions of every ERGO product.

In addition, dealers can use the ERGO Dealer Portal to place orders with one-click ordering and pay securely with a credit card. Dealers also have the option of building orders in the system to save for later.

Crow Shooting Supply is now the exclusive U.S. wholesale distributor for Cheddite shotshell hulls and primers. As part of the Cheddite line, Crow Shooting Supply will also be offering Challenger shotgun ammunition.

MANUFACTURING PRODUCTION

SwiftShield has partnered with Ontario Knife Company for the production of the SwiftShield device — a reinforced carbon-steel freestanding bracket designed to brace any outward-opening door from being opened.
